Joseph Kirkpatrick

As Founder and President of KirkpatrickPrice, Joseph Kirkpatrick has spent over a decade developing the firm’s trailblazing initiatives in information security audit delivery and ethical hacking. Under his leadership, KirkpatrickPrice has delivered thousands of audit reports and information security engagements to clients of all sizes worldwide. Joseph enjoys educating, empowering, and inspiring clients by navigating them through the complex maze of compliance and regulatory requirements. Joseph is a CPA with over 25 years of experience in information technology. He holds CISSP, CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, and QSA certifications, specializing in data security, cybersecurity, IT governance, and regulatory compliance. Stephanie Rodrigue
Stephanie Rodrigue joined KirkpatrickPrice in 2015, focusing on sales and marketing. In her role as Vice President of Client Experience, she built a team that specializes in client education, engagement, and satisfaction. In her current role as Chief Operations Officer, Stephanie is responsible for ensuring all aspects of daily operations run smoothly. Rodrigue oversees daily administrative and operational functions, reporting directly to the President & Founder, Joseph Kirkpatrick. Stephanie demonstrates a vast knowledge of the KirkpatrickPrice mission, inspiring our clients to achieve greater levels of security and compliance assurance.
Stephanie is passionate about personalizing the audit experience so that businesses can leverage their compliance achievements in valuable ways.
Chief Financial Officer
Rick Carroll
CPA
Rick Carroll joined KirkpatrickPrice in January 2024 as the Chief Financial Officer. Rick is a licensed CPA with 30+ years’ experience in finance and accounting. In addition to running his own CPA practice for 12 years, Rick worked in the payments industry for both a card issuing bank and a payment processing start-up. It was during his tenure in the payments industry that Rick was exposed to the importance of data security and privacy, and how these issues, if left alone, can negatively affect a company’s operations and bottom line. In addition to heading up the finance and accounting team, Rick serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Greg Ciampa has been with KirkpatrickPrice since 2014 and brings vast software development experience to the Online Audit Manager. In his role, Greg leads the software development team, specifically supporting the innovation and security of the Online Audit Manager. This online portal is an integral part of how KirkpatrickPrice delivers quality audits and Greg is completely committed to the advancement of the Online Audit Manager to enhance clients’ unique, web-based audit experience. Greg holds the GWEB certification and is based out of KirkpatrickPrice’s Tampa office.

Maggie Austin

As the VP of Operations, Maggie ensures quality in all operational practices, leading the Professional Writing, Quality Assurance, and Training departments. Austin joined KirkpatrickPrice in 2011 as a Professional Writer and became the Team Lead within a year of joining the team. She was then promoted to Project Lead before becoming the Director of Professional Writing. Austin is known as an indispensable resource for every team at KirkpatrickPrice and is a trusted, strategic member of the leadership team.

Mark Hinely, JD

As an auditor and attorney with over 15 years of industry experience, Mark helps organizations identify and resolve regulatory compliance and data privacy risks so that they can improve operational effectiveness, reduce the likelihood of legal sanctions, ensure customer satisfaction, and grow their business. Mark, who has practiced law in both public and private sectors, as well as performed in-house compliance work for various healthcare companies, is passionate about helping organizations understand privacy regulations and stay compliant. Mark has been working with KirkpatrickPrice for 8 years and is responsible for leading and creating our Privacy Assurance Services.

Randy Bartels’ experience crosses a wide range of information technology disciplines including security and network architecture, software lifecycle management, operations, and penetration testing. Randy is responsible for leading complex engagements and investigating risks in new areas of technology.

Jason Rowland is a cyber executive with over 20 years of experience leading the delivery of security programs, defense strategies, operational capabilities, and assessments. Jason leads our penetration testing team as they help clients discover and remediate vulnerabilities before an attacker does. He is focused on providing cyber solutions that support the success of our clients and participating in initiatives to strengthen our community.
Vice President of Administration
Carri Jackson
Carri Jackson has been with KirkpatrickPrice since 2006, with a background as a paralegal. As Vice President of Administration at KirkpatrickPrice, Carri is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s administrative functions. In her role, Carri oversees contract negotiations, directs and mentors the administrative and finance team, and provides guidance and support to sales and operational teams.
Carri has enjoyed watching KirkpatrickPrice grow into the industry leader that it is today.
