Meet the speakers:

Jason Rowland is a cyber executive with over 20 years of experience, leading the delivery of security programs and defense strategies, operational capabilities, and assessments. Jason is focused on providing cyber solutions that support the success of his clients and participating in initiatives to strengthen our community.

Mike Bonner is a seasoned expert with a 25-year track record in information security.  He began his career in Investment and Retail Banking, helping develop the cyber security and fraud processes used by the financial industry today.  As a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Mike’s strategic leadership has fortified the digital defenses of various Fortune 500 companies across diverse sectors.  In addition to his experience as a CISO, Michael spent 10 years building and managing a Managed Security Services Provider focused on the SMB market in Arizona.  Mike joined Hye Tech Network and Security Solutions in January of 2024 as their CISO, managing risk for the organization as well as providing Virtual CISO (vCISO) services, offering his wealth of knowledge and advisory services to Arizona’s government entities.
