Privacy Auditor

Owen Behle is a Privacy Auditor at KirkpatrickPrice and is passionate about protecting the privacy of individuals’ personal information. After receiving a full ride scholarship to the Nebraska College of Law, Owen obtained his Juris Doctor with an area of emphasis in Cyber, Space, and Telecommunications Law as well as International Law. Before coming to KirkpatrickPrice, Owen worked with domestic and international companies to build out their data privacy compliance program. Owen finds creative solutions to complex privacy problems and has extensive experience working with international, domestic, and industry specific privacy regulations and frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, HIPAA, PIPL, LGPD, TCPA, PIPEDA, and the Australian Privacy Act. Owen strives to conduct thorough audits and cater towards the clients’ specific needs so that that he can provide them with the best experience possible.

Owen has been playing guitar for over 20 years and enjoys playing Van Halen’s “Eruption,” Jimi Hendrix’s “Voodoo Child,” and Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Free Bird” solo.
